Working on a variety of projects and tight deadlines. Also, working closely with the leadership team provides me with a great opportunity to learn.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed during campus recruitments. The interviewers were keen on identifying individuals who have an understanding of the consumer, the consumer journey, the priorities of the business in the market. Being a sales-driven organization, there was emphasis on verbal communication skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is democratic in its workings, yet decisions are swift. The company does not discourage failures but enables one to move past them and look for new opportunities. The work environment is friendly. There is some work pressure but it is complemented with an equal emphasis on personal life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our business has a high inter-dependancy. We work together during &after working hours in a way such that we do not block/delay each other's timelines. One can reach out to the other at non-working hours when there is some sort of support needed. The best thing is that each individual is dependable.
