- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The work itself was challenging and exciting - I learned tons and got to work some really cool projects. The team was also great - supportive, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about design. However, the pressure was intense, with long hours and unrealistic deadlines the norm.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't need more money. I will feel better when the top management is unbiased.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The upper management needs to stop chasing money all the time.
