What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The work itself was challenging and exciting - I learned tons and got to work some really cool projects. The team was also great - supportive, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about design. However, the pressure was intense, with long hours and unrealistic deadlines the norm.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't need more money. I will feel better when the top management is unbiased.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The upper management needs to stop chasing money all the time.
