  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    The work itself was challenging and exciting - I learned tons and got to work some really cool projects. The team was also great - supportive, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about design. However, the pressure was intense, with long hours and unrealistic deadlines the norm.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    I don't need more money. I will feel better when the top management is unbiased.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    The upper management needs to stop chasing money all the time.
