The leadership team is out of touch with the work being done in relation to the success of the overall operation. Certain managers are allowed to be borderline incompetent, and the managers that intervene and solve the negligence of their peers are not rewarded if they aren't brown nosers.

I think the company makes enough and should compensate its employees.

Pay is decent. Hours are very long. No 401K match or options. Health insurance is fine.

Im a good worker and it continues to go unnnoticed meanwhile bad workers get rewarded. I dont know nothing about benefits nobody never spoke to me about them. My pay decreased after covid said they will adjust it but didnt. Dont get many hours. Pay be messed up at times.

My pay decreased after covid spoke about it manager saud she will adjust it. Asked for more hours but i dont get them.

The average salary for a human resource manager in my location is $89,000. The lowest is $75,000. The salary that i make is less tben that. I would have liked for Levy to take into consideration the cost of living in my area.

Being paid market rate and GM micro manages everything.

Overworked and not compensated. It's terrible.
