Getting paid commission instead of the service charge going to the house
Having proven myself numerous time, meeting all my goals and expectations day in and day out being told I’m valuable to the team, but when asking for help it’s now a problem. That’s one way I feel underv
overwork employees and dont listen to concerns, ignore their needs and dismiss input and feelings and lives

They have not had any meetings
They are great for the most part, just overworked. Which this will create unnecessary stress and tension between us.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It needs morale, it has none. It needs someone who can and be a leader in boosting morale.

It took 3 months to start a position they were 'desperate to fill.'
Caring about who they hire
Stay consistent. If you say no tatoos, them dont hire someone with them up and down their face amd arms. It set the tone from the very first few minutes. Which was followmour rules but as management....we won't.

Need new representatives to represent levy here. People with some kind of professionalism and respect for others
By paying the employees more for there time
Leadership is totally absent and non supportive
