They have not had any meetings
They are great for the most part, just overworked. Which this will create unnecessary stress and tension between us.

Caring about who they hire
Stay consistent. If you say no tatoos, them dont hire someone with them up and down their face amd arms. It set the tone from the very first few minutes. Which was followmour rules but as management....we won't.
