What is the best part about your compensation package?

Accuring of vacation day s

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Very low compensation, manager of the firm has no business running a law firm.

Pay is bad, benefits are bad, staff are below average, leadership is demoralizing.

They are not competitive with pay and for a company their size the benefits they offer are terrible and very very expensive.

I earn $50 per hour billing out of the $190 per hour the company takes in.
