This firm breeds a culture of micromanaging and comes across as not caring about its employees.
Listen to its employees and understand that employees are underpaid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very low compensation, manager of the firm has no business running a law firm.
Pay is bad, benefits are bad, staff are below average, leadership is demoralizing.
They are not competitive with pay and for a company their size the benefits they offer are terrible and very very expensive.
I earn $50 per hour billing out of the $190 per hour the company takes in.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Don’t expect any development or mentorship from the vast majority of the partner
Due to low pay, they only hire mediocre employees. They can't keep temporary staff and the turnover is absurdly high.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Firm needs to think abojt electing a different national managing partner.
Elect new national managing partner with a better relationship with wttorneys and employees.
They need a complete overhaul of policies and procedures. They are stuck in the prehistoric age.
Less nepotism would improve the work environment.

Nothing can fix this. I hate this job.
The management should adopt a team approach instead of a me approach.
