The management team is very close to relate personally with employees.
We are over worked and underpaid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team members, however management has no realistic relationships or expectations from employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
everybody get along with one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The unity between employees is remarkable. Management on the other hand can ise some humanity.

better morality in the workplace
