What is the best part about your compensation package?

The salary is great and in line with ky duties

PTO opportunities provides ample space for effective work-life balance

I am paid fairly and our benefits our high quality. My doctor network is pretty robust too. Keep doing the 401k matching - like it. The addition of Flexible PTO is a win.

I receive a bonus based on company performance. My compensation has also been reviewed and adjusted for factors like years of experience and geographic region.

The whole thing is pretty good.

In truth, benefits could be a little better on how they extend to the spouse /children, but primary benefits are great. And like I said, as we grow, so do the benefits. We got pet insurance this year! We don't currently have stock options.

In sales, we have control over our earnings. In other areas, what they earn ties in with how the business is performing.

All of the benefits are competitive. The salary itself is more than fair and retirement benefits are extremely competitive.
