the work is challenging and rewarding.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 9 days ago

What makes me most happy at work is the combination of strong leadership and work that I genuinely enjoy. My manager is an excellent teacher and guide—always supportive, patient, and clear in providing direction. I appreciate how much I continue to learn from him a

there is a lot to learn, exchange ideas with colleagues,

Review from Product Dept

Space to focus, Freedom frrom anyone micro managing, very approachable managers, positive environment

Review from IT Dept

Helping people; doing a good job

Review from Communications Dept

I have a director who believes in me and builds me up instead of tearing me down.

Review from Product Dept

I enjoy my job and that my job gives me the freedom to learn about and "play with" emerging technologies - from cloud deployments, distributed repositories to AI all cutting edge growing technologies and the opportunity to explore them.

Review from IT Dept

Being respected and taken seriously and not because of perception of my capabilities due to things I cannot control (being introverted and looking rather young)

Review from HR Dept

I love being able to contribute in a high level environment.

Review from IT Dept

Working with talented partners, knowing what I do makes a difference, helping the business execute and deliver solutions that make lives better

Review from Operations Dept

Feeling supported by my team, solving meaningful problems, learning new things, and seeing the impact of my work make me most happy at work.

Review from Engineering Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

our manager is the worst people leader we've encountered in several years, and they specialize in suffocating communication as well as micromanaging any detail that involves the team executing externally with other business units

Review from Admin Dept

The hybrid scheme is very good but I would prefer to only go into the office once per week rather than twice. There is double standard across other teams in the office and even the manager only seems to come in once a week. Once would be perfect.

Review from Operations Dept

Offices are great, but we are about to move. It could be a factor for leaving. I'd like to be paid fairly. I'd like more responsibilities and have more freedom to launch initiative without going through thousands approvals.

Review from Operations Dept

Investment from leadership and recognition

Review from Operations Dept

Workload and capacity issues - too much

Review from Customer Support Dept

reduce stress, provide adequate compensation for the responsibilities, provide work/life balance

Review from IT Dept

immediate manager is the least collaborative people leader ever encountered. The performance of this individual is generally manipulative and untrustworthy. The entire team generally avoids interacting with our immediate manager as much as possible

Review from Customer Success Dept

The company should listen to these EOS surveys. Resources are wasted under poor leaders.

Review from Customer Success Dept

My boss. The inability to ever feel like I'm doing enough, even when hitting/exceeding all KPOs. Poor oversight by leadership and not making teams who are not happy feel heard or valued regardless of the efforts made.

Review from Sales Dept

Jobs are going to REPH and the jobs they have over there now, the teams don't respond to emails, they lack knowledge to problem solve or think outside of the box. It has caused more work for me and current team. Which is not good customer experience.

Review from Customer Success Dept

nobody wants to go to work on a daily basis.

Review from IT Dept

My job is going away in a little over a month.

Review from Engineering Dept

Poor leadership, fear of reprimand for anything, poor communication from leadership, segregation and segmentation of all departments to an extent that all parts of the team feel like they are on an island.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The only teams that seems to have budget for face to face are Sales. Other groups have gone 6+ years without have a face to face meeting.

Review from Customer Success Dept

SLT needs more people that have more direct experience in petchems markets. It needs to listen to staff, and resource better. If a 7pm publishing target needs to be set in objectives (meaning most cannot finish within contracted hours) it is clear workload expectations are unreasonably broadly.

Review from Product Dept

Micromanagements. Since this is the decisions from management, it cannot be easily be improved.

Review from Customer Support Dept

We have to make our products compete with our competitors and currently they don't. We don't have the support from our technology or product group to accomplish that. It takes too long to implement our solutions and there is nothing going to change about that until senior leadership changes things.

Review from Sales Dept

compensation needs to be higher

Review from Operations Dept

The amount of bureaucracy/red tape to implement/make changes is ridiculous, and the politics are horrible.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I feel like I'm wasting my time

Review from Business Development Dept

What do you like best about your company?

Supportive and collaborative colleagues. Schedule and work flexibility.

Review from Design Dept

Lots of opportunity for personal growth and development

Review from HR Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Support of employees with judeo-christian values.
