Offer more attractive salaries and benefits packages to attract more clinicians and keep/make existing employees happy. Make 401k matching greater, offer better health insurance plans, reduce time to be fully vested with the company, create more attrractive bonus payouts, etc.

I wish there was better communication. I feel sales gets one message and ops gets a different message. Therr are not group calls so we all are on the same page. Messaging is very confusing. Upper management would do well to spend a cpuple of days in offices to actually see how they are run.

We have no leadership - no ED and no DON. We have no SW or Chaplain and our nurses are travel. We need a travel DON or ED that can be committed to be here to hire the right people and build our agency from the foundation up. We have to have a viable product to sell.

Communication between office and field staff is extremely poor. Clinician expectations of traveling long distances w poor wages is unreasonable. Having a person dedicated to managing productivity and traveling would be beneficial for both field and office staff.
