I took a significant pay cut to come to LHC as I believed in their mission and vision. The ED position is undervalued and underpaid for the responsibility and job duties required. LHC needs to re-evaluate their site leadership salaries against FMV.

The position of a Business Manager for an almost 300+ patient facility is extremely demanding. With deadlines in place and to keep up with the demands of AR and other duties, I consistently work about 60hr per week.
