Imdervalued because management does not recognize one's value, worth, or clinical experience which is ised ti assistnpeoviders, referral sources, and patients. Individual Pay is low based on years of service and experience. Another reason one feels under- valued.

I took a significant pay cut to come to LHC as I believed in their mission and vision. The ED position is undervalued and underpaid for the responsibility and job duties required. LHC needs to re-evaluate their site leadership salaries against FMV.

I feel the commission package is lacking. We have such limits are what we get paid for and the amount paid per referral is far below standard commission compared to other home health in my area

The position of a Business Manager for an almost 300+ patient facility is extremely demanding. With deadlines in place and to keep up with the demands of AR and other duties, I consistently work about 60hr per week.
