The director of the customer connections department is incredibly unprofessional and regularly embarrasses people in the group chat. Our benefits are not worth the horrible work environment and there isn't enough PTO to reset from the stress of working under terrible management

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Overall, I work with a really great team. At times, there are members of our team that are quite negative, and it can be draining as someone who tries to remain positive. Especially because I love my job so much and feel there is little to complain about overall.

Offer more attractive salaries and benefits packages to attract more clinicians and keep/make existing employees happy. Make 401k matching greater, offer better health insurance plans, reduce time to be fully vested with the company, create more attrractive bonus payouts, etc.
