The director of the customer connections department is incredibly unprofessional and regularly embarrasses people in the group chat. Our benefits are not worth the horrible work environment and there isn't enough PTO to reset from the stress of working under terrible management

Offer more attractive salaries and benefits packages to attract more clinicians and keep/make existing employees happy. Make 401k matching greater, offer better health insurance plans, reduce time to be fully vested with the company, create more attrractive bonus payouts, etc.
