What's the work from home policy like at Liberty Tax?
I do not do tax returns from home. I only do online Tax school and I also earn CE credits too!
Does Liberty Tax drug test or do a background check?
Only if the hiring manager or owner suspects a potential applicant for a job may require one.
What's the internship program like at Liberty Tax?
There is no Internship in my area.
How does Liberty Tax handle HR issues?
I assume just as awesome as it is to work for them but I have not had an HR related issue.

They have some of the best I've ever encountered in my careers
What skills do you need to be successful in the Customer Support department at Liberty Tax?
Good computer skills and outgoing customer service skills, good math skills, Organizational skills, patience, passive investigative skills for Due Diligence. Alove to fill out forms, mostly, you have to enjoy filling out tax returns and challenging yourself.
How are layoffs handled in the Customer Support department at Liberty Tax?
Unemployment benefits ARE available but they are short term based on that Tax Preparation is a seasonal position
Why work for Liberty Tax?
I love doing Tax returns, and I really enjoyed the Tax school, learning everything on paper first before the software made a big difference. I hope to stay with Liberty Tax until Im all taxed out, and ready to retire. I'm going into my 2nd year with Liberty with many more to come.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Liberty Tax?
The only thing that would make working for Liberty Tax more Awesome than it already is, would be to have donuts and coffee everyday for the Tax Preparers and other staff.
