The benefits aren't good at all.
People are very disposable and insurance benefits are terrible.
Benefits are very expensive. Also could start out at more an hour especially for those with experience.
Same pay during drive time. Better raises.

Hard working, understanding and inspirational people.
They are wonderful to work with and always willing to help
Everyone works together. We have become a family working so closely and being together so many hours each week.
My team helps each other out when needed. All of us like to have fun which makes the day go by faster

The most positive thing about the environment is that I work from home, and the company is very supportive of your needs to grow.

It was quick, smooth and didnt have crazy requirements.
Nice conversation. Interested in all my background.
They have you sit with a seasoned agent to hear what we do. This helps because some people don't know what the job entails and saves from them starting and quitting right away
