Communication appreciation respect dignity and value
Leadership should be strong in struggling mature clubs. There is no succession because those who should be growing arent because we dont fit in. No one wants to work for a make shift diverse company and you shouldn't be promoting based on looks and ability to learn. Go with smart and care factor
They need to understand that cutting costs in certain departments sometimes results in cutting significant value that is not worth the top line savings and can severely damage productivity.

A career path forward. Option for benefits for part time since hours have been severely cut and full time positions elimimated.
If I was paid the cost of living...
The compensation is fine. I feel undervalued as an employee because I was continually promised time on the schedule, yet was never put on the schedule. I prepared classes only to have my manager refuse to look at what I had prepared.
Improve on the amount of care and passion they bring into work. Some of them don't even care to show up their shifts
Since new leadership, all meetings are had to check a box. Nothing comes out of the meeting because there is no follow through. Good ideas but too lazy or "busy" in their offices to do anything other than have anotber meeting. Makes no sense.
Better communication and not putting up with poor management practices.
Putting the wrong people in their positions. ADs who should be trustworthy are not. If you arent management you dont even get a hello or goodbye. Front line team mebers get looked over while others are promoted because they fit the bill for now. It was bad before, but it was bettee than it is now.
More professional management staff. Better in-club marketing for special events. An editor/proofreader for club communications, educational material, marketing info - sloppy typos are rampant.
I would have a leader board of all the job openings and a list of the top candidates for the position with their ranking. This would allow for full transparency
It's the people and lack of management.
Management to get aligned
