The Department of Pathology at LifeBridge Health has a mission is to deliver high quality, cost effective Pathology services to the people of northwest Baltimore City and County. The standards of professionalism will remain at the highest level to promote a feeling of well-being to both patients and staff. The product of our services will be maintained at the highest level of quality so as to ensure the best diagnostic results for both the patient and the attending physician. In addition, the Department of Pathology will deliver this care with sensitivity to the needs of our Jewish patients and staff and assert traditional Jewish values of excellence, compassion and community concern for all. less gossiping nurse centric organization with mean girl middle school mentality

Represent the challenges here honestly If you are a minority leader, inform them that it is a title without power

no tolerance for toxic behavior or discrimination on any level actually live up to the mission statement at your various institutions

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team reminds me of Congress, outdated, self-involved and promotes self interest Leaders here are not chosen on merit, but birthright and nepotism

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Live up to the ad campaign of caring bravely, put leaders in roles that have the experience and knowledge to solve problems not create diversions Yes cultures don't bring about change
