Transparency, teamwork, work life balance
Communication, CEO talks and talks a good but doesn't live up to his words. All other Execs are just drones, touting "Tim says" to everyone without getting any one else's buy-in. He IS the boss, so that in his privilege but - do you want to work at that place? They will badmouth you when you leave.
Money is fine, but it comes at the cost of constant frustration in lacking leadership. Effort without strategy results in frustration.
Stock option plan and overall compensation
Not being treated as an outcast
Good people, WAS a community atmosphere- sad to see the that breaking up but the good folks aren't staying. Care blame's COVID but the culture doesn't exist-
Support, communication, teamwork and effectiveness

The openness and transparency of the objectives of the company
all the promises they tell and promise you
