What are some of the best things about your team?Good people, WAS a community atmosphere- sad to see the that breaking up but the good folks aren't staying. Care blame's COVID but the culture doesn't exist-
What is the best part about your compensation package?Money is fine, but it comes at the cost of constant frustration in lacking leadership. Effort without strategy results in frustration.
What did you like most about the interview process? The openness and transparency of the objectives of the company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Top leadership - but since they were installed by the Private Equity firm, it won't change. This company (Care.com/LifeCare) is a flip by IAC. Just like those house flips, rip, paint and flip - no quality.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication, CEO talks and talks a good but doesn't live up to his words. All other Execs are just drones, touting "Tim says" to everyone without getting any one else's buy-in. He IS the boss, so that in his privilege but - do you want to work at that place? They will badmouth you when you leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? Not being treated as an outcast
