Cherie Epperson Sibley FACHE — Chief Operating Officer of Lifepoint Central Group of Hospitals at LifePoint Health

Ms. Cherie Epperson Sibley, FACHE has been Chief Operating Officer of Lifepoint Central Group of Hospitals at LifePoint Health, Inc. since March 10, 2017. Ms. Sibley served as the Chief Operating Officer of Danville Regional Medical Center, LLC since October 1, 2010 and Vaughan Regional Medical Center since 2008. Ms. Sibley provides leadership support and oversee operations for all of the hospitals within LifePoint's Central Group. She is closely involved with CRMC and its other Kentucky facilities to ensure the continued success of these hospitals and the region throughout the transition. A part of LifePoint Health since 2001, she has long been recognized as a rising star within it. In her tenure at CRMC, she drove significant improvements in physician satisfaction and engagement, built a strong culture of safety and led substantial improvements in the delivery of quality care. In 2015, under her leadership, CRMC became the first LifePoint facility to earn designation as a Duke LifePoint Quality Affiliate. Ms. Sibley served as the Chief Executive Officer of Clark Regional Medical Center, Inc. from May 6, 2013 to March 10, 2017 and served as its Central Kentucky East Market President until March 10, 2017. Ms. Sibley has administrative responsibility for all non-nursing clinical departments and manages physician recruitment and physician relations efforts. She served as chief nursing officer for Vaughan Regional Medical Center since beginning in 2006. She managed over $18 million in capital projects related to facility and technology improvements. She also led training and development initiatives. Ms. Sibley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of North Alabama in Florence and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Healthcare Administration from South University in Montgomery, Ala.
