Mr. Michael S. Coggin, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at of LifePoint Health, Inc. since September 16, 2016 and has been its Chief Accounting Officer since December 2008. Mr. Coggin oversees the activities of the Corporate Accounting department and the dissemination of financial management reports, including financial statements, annual audits and annual budgets. He served as a Senior Vice President of LifePoint Health, Inc. since December 2008 until September 16, 2016. Mr. Coggin's extensive experience in healthcare finance and accounting includes previous management positions with renal dialysis organizations Fresenius Medical Care and Renal Care Group, Inc. Prior to joining LifePoint, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Specialty Care Services Group. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Coggin holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
