Mr. Victor E. Giovanetti, FACHE, has been Eastern Group President at LifePoint Health, Inc. since January 1, 2017. Mr. Giovanetti serves as President of Eastern Group of DLP Healthcare, LLC. He served as President of Western Group at LifePoint Health, Inc. since July 2015 until January 1, 2017. Mr. Giovanetti served as Chief Operating Officer of the LifePoint Health's Eastern Group. Mr. Giovanetti joined the LifePoint Health, Inc. in July 2013 and has more than 25 years of management experience in operations, legal, financial, clinical, and strategic aspects of healthcare administration. Mr. Giovanetti served as the President of HCA Virginia Southwest of HCA Virginia Health System and Montgomery Regional Hospital, Inc. Mr. Giovanetti was the President of HCA SWVA Market at Columbia/Alleghany Regional Hospital, Incorporated. He served as President of HCA Lewis-Gale Regional Health System in Roanoke, Virginia. Mr. Giovanetti served as President of LewisGale Medical Center, LLC (formerly Lewis-Gale Medical Center, LLC). Mr. Giovanetti has an extensive background with HCA including Chief Executive Officer of Southern Hills Medical Center LLC in Nashville from March, 2003 to December, 2007 and Chief Operating Officer from March, 2001 to May, 2003. Other positions with HCA have included operations manager with the company's MidAmerica Division; executive director of Columbia Care Medical Centers; director of the Columbia Cardiology Network at Nashville-based Centennial Medical Center and director of emergency services at Redmond Regional Medical Center. Additionally, he served as vice president of management services with Symbion, Inc. He served as Director of Lewis-Gale Medical Center, LLC. Mr. Giovanetti started his healthcare career as a firefighter and paramedic and also served as a senior flight paramedic. He is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives. He received a B.S. in business from Berry College and an M.B.A from the University of Dallas.
