great incentives, work hard can earn more
Paid Time Off is generous.
Higher compensation rates, more transparency in recruiting, PTO
Lack of pay, no time off, no chance for raise, lack of support
better pay means better pay
I make about 20% of the fee charged by Lifestance per session. We have no paid time off, no holidays, no actual support.
Getting paid correctly based on what they charge
Pay is way under market. On hiring they lied about compensation.
Better getting raise yearly for the hardwork
Pay your therapists! Incredibly undercompensated for the amount of work
No merit increases or reviews in more than 18 months, no stocks for non clinical staff.
If I can get paid more by my experience in the medical field. You have employees making more than others who has no experience at all which is very unfair. You have good employees that's busting their behinds and we continue to stay loyal to this company.
Lifestance significantly undervalues operational employees because they are not revenue generating employees. This tends to leave the company without high quality ops employees, which in turn negatively impacts retention of clinical employees.
Benefits are garbage. There is a disconnect from reality from corporate and what staff members need.
Either a true compensation based off of collections or a flat salary The fee model is extremely low considering the individuals who designed it make 6-figures
Being given more of what I earn, or being given PTO with better benefits plus more support from support staff. I would prefer the former/
No pay increase and there are offices sitting empty.
standardized compensation for job categories
The benefits are awful. The pay is minimal. We do all the work for the clinicians. All they do is talk to the patients for 5 minutes. Regular staff are the ones refilling meds, writing/signing forms, tracking med usage, corresponding with other clinics etc.
Fair wages for fair work.
Everyone in a certain job category should get paid within the same range. There is no consistency
Better and more affordable benefits, PTO
