What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company is hopeless due to poor management. They should sell to a different company or close up shop.

Same reasons as mentioned above.

Billing issues are a struggle to resolve.

This is a failing company. Refuses to invest in areas that would improve reputation.

Increase staff to care for patient needs

EMR is terrible so portal is terrible for patients. Patients can't get through to support staff or billing.

Unrealistic goals, not based on analysis or knowledge

Billing is a mess and no one replies to patients when they ask a question

The most common complaint I get is LifeStance doesn’t care about my mental health. And it’s true because they don’t

Management looks out for themselves and each other, and there's no transparency. Stop having a them vs. us mentality. If you value your support workers, who are the foundation of your company and doing the actual hard work, treat them with respect.

Clinician payroll is a complete mess. No one is ever compensated correctly.

Constant changes, short staff, delays and errors

no call backs, focus on billing and lack of customer service

Leadership has to get an appreciation of what is done by frontline workers.

Existing patients who need medical or therapeutic services are not assigned in a systematic manner. New patients can make virtual appointments online, but little concern is given to location, which will be a problem when insurance companies demand in-office visits. Attention to detail would help.
