Increase staff to care for patient needs
EMR is terrible so portal is terrible for patients. Patients can't get through to support staff or billing.

Management looks out for themselves and each other, and there's no transparency. Stop having a them vs. us mentality. If you value your support workers, who are the foundation of your company and doing the actual hard work, treat them with respect.
Clinician payroll is a complete mess. No one is ever compensated correctly.
Constant changes, short staff, delays and errors

Leadership has to get an appreciation of what is done by frontline workers.
Existing patients who need medical or therapeutic services are not assigned in a systematic manner. New patients can make virtual appointments online, but little concern is given to location, which will be a problem when insurance companies demand in-office visits. Attention to detail would help.
