What would you improve about your company's interview process?

They make you do an assessment that takes up to two hours before you can even have your actual interview.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The benefits are awful. The pay is minimal. We do all the work for the clinicians. All they do is talk to the patients for 5 minutes. Regular staff are the ones refilling meds, writing/signing forms, tracking med usage, corresponding with other clinics etc.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The entry level staff are all supportive of each other. We organize our own events and lend an ear to each other’s frustrations. Just the same, I don’t know a single one who has not considered quitting based on anger over the pay/work load imbal
