What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work under the same duress and do have an understanding of how unfair micromanagement is.

401 k is nice as well as insurance offered

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the other providers and front office staff. We have been a good community, but increasingly isolated from each other since LifeStance bought our clinic. As a remote worker, there are events I can't attend, and I barely interact with my coworkers.
The providers in the office have a tight knit team.

Really enjoy getting feedback from other therapists and being able to create own schedule
