What are some of the best things about your team?

I love the other providers and front office staff. We have been a good community, but increasingly isolated from each other since LifeStance bought our clinic. As a remote worker, there are events I can't attend, and I barely interact with my coworkers.

The providers in the office have a tight knit team.

Nice and competent coworkers from former practice acquired by Lifestance, but noticeable lack of competence in some new hires

Warm, collaborative teammembers, all of which never stay long due to corporate being unaware if staff needs

I like my colleagues. I like being able to consult when I have questions. It's the only thing keeping me from going to private practice.

The entry level staff are all supportive of each other. We organize our own events and lend an ear to each other’s frustrations. Just the same, I don’t know a single one who has not considered quitting based on anger over the pay/work load imbal

My team, not including management, I'd supportive and always willing to lend a hand when we're overburdened.

Everyone tries hard, but without leadership, it's worthless

Coworkers truly care about helping people with mental health concerns. Unfortunately, corporate does not. If it did, the company would be managed much differently.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Co-workers feel the same way, none of us feel like it does any good to say anything

No existent, morale is so low. If you need to earn a barely livable raise, you'd have to see 40+ patients a week. Thats not livable if you have a family though

No interaction at all with anyone

There are no coworkers on site

No coordination of care. No consultation. Poor leadership at the site.

Isolating job. Therapists morale is so low. We all just stayed in our offices

DOn't allow one or two people to completely take over a meeting
