Work is amazing but they dont pay you!!! I havent gotten a check in over a month! They keep pushing it back. Making me use my credit cards. Im ready to leave the company because of this

Everyone is nice, looka put for each other, constantly teaching one another and they stick together
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership isnt that great. They manage like chickens with heads cut off. No job info until 7pm the next day, constantly losing ppls hours. Communications are horrible. BUT they are very nice and good people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work 41 hours in three days using my money to drive and I cant get paid. Over a month and no paycheck. Just promises. Who will reimburse me for the credit cards i have to use just to get by?
