Seeing kids truly smile and or parents loving the photos you are taking and in general the experience overall

Everyone always communicates and makes you feel welcome and is very friendly. Super easy to talk to and ask any questions if needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly, always willing to help out. Quick to answer phone calls and or text messages. Lets you know if someone is hard to deal with or gives you tips on how to be more efficient and or pack easier and quicker
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued per-say, i think that we should have some sort of medical benefits for the photographers who deal with small kids, sometimes bad weather and other situations where you could potentially get sick, even when you think you are healthy.
