Overall, I have not enjoyed working for this company because of the lack of communication from admins, the lack of solutions to employee issues, and the unfair wages.
What makes you most happy at work?
Going home is probably the best part.

The people are not bad, just not my type.

The interviewer was very nice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating, treating employees as people rather than working them to the bone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New employees tend to get hired in at a higher wage, but older employees never get an increase.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Value the employees more and listen to their input. Something as simple as not being willing to replace broken chairs does not value employees.
