I am most happy at work when I see milestones hit and can look back at each and every person here and note their contribution to our achievements. In a company this size, no one is doing invisible work so you can really look back and see how every individual got us where we are.

Hands down it's the people that I work with. I know that many companies claim to be like a family, but at Lightyear, we really are one.

The flexibility of working remote. I'm able to see my son throughout the day and I'm not handcuffed to strict working hours. I also love seeing some of the impact our products and services are having on companies. It's fulfilling when we're solving problems or saving them money, impacting their jobs
