What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are real people. They know their stuff and they know their employees.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was slightly difficult only in the sense that you can tell that they are looking for the exact right fit for the company and culture. I wouldnt have it any other way.

Lightyear is an awesome place to work! I love the start up culture and leadership is very transparent about our goals. I feel motivated everyday to work here!

Some people might not like it because it's a start-up. There aren't a lot of formalized SOPs etc. Everyone here is a team player and the work is very collaborative despite being remote. Questions and suggestions are always welcomed and management is always as transparent as possible.

I don't even know where to begin in expressing how great of a company Lightyear is to work for. Everyone that works here are amazing individuals, the culture is organically positive, everyone is so supportive of each other's wins, and our individual voices and opinions are heard and acknowledged!
