I don't even know where to begin in expressing how great of a company Lightyear is to work for. Everyone that works here are amazing individuals, the culture is organically positive, everyone is so supportive of each other's wins, and our individual voices and opinions are heard and acknowledged!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with are genuinely great people. They're kind, upbeat and very supportive of one another. We function very well as a team because of this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Lightyear is very down to earth and approachable. They listen to everyone's opinions and make changes to the company based on our feedback. They're extremely complimentary toward our successes and always encourage our growth and development.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that leadership has faith in us and trusts us to do our jobs properly. I love that there is freedom to do our work with no micromanaging. Besides that, I love the people I work with, the team culture and the pay!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The entire package itself is the best part! This is the first company I've worked for that I'm compensated justly for the work I do. I love that we're able to become company shareholders, the health/vision/dental benefits are great and there's a 401k to invest in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about Lightyear's environment in culture is that it's not fake or put on like some corporate environments I've worked at in the past. We as a team are genuinely happy and well taken care of and this reflects in our combined, positive demeanor and culture.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview and hiring process at Lightyear was the easiest out of any company I've ever worked for. I was scouted on LinkedIn by Randi, the leader of our HR team. I interviewed with her and then I had 5 interviews the following week. After that, I was hired within a week's time. So simple.
