Our bi-annual team events! It's always great getting together in person

They are very transparent with decisions and the direction of the company

Very open with information on the direction of the company, what is coming, what our challenges are. They are extremely transparent.

Everyone is willing to help each other succeed, it is the most encouraging, positive workplace I've ever been a part of

Everyone is more than willing to help one another out. As a startup, we have a lot of new employees rapidly joining and there is no shortage of ways to get help when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although we are a 100% remote workforce, it doesn't feel that way since we all communicate daily via Slack. We always have cameras on and its genuinely nice to chat with my coworkers before calls to just catch up.
