From the CEO down to managers, everyone has an open door and welcomes feedback and open discussion. They encourage a wonderful team atmosphere, incorporate everyone well, and strive to make work a place you want to be.
What makes you most happy at work?
The comradery, positive team atmosphere. Also, providing a platform that genuinely solves so many problems companies face when purchasing and managing telecom services. Their positive reactions about how much they appreciate this can help in their roles is gratifying.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My first actual interview was with the CEO himself. I could tell he was passionate about the company and what it can do both now and in the future. Everyone after him shared the same passion for the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overcoming the physical distance making it seem like we've all been friends for years. Appropriate and timely humor, team mindset, and everyone genuinely wants the company to succeed... and we all work together (often in fun ways) to make that happen
