Closing a deal that was a large group effort.

I appreciate the leadership teams extreme transparency and constant attention to the business/ success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is happy to help one another, it is not a cut-throat competitive environment. Being a start-up, there is plenty of greenfield business to go around.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they allowed me to talk to current employees with backgrounds similar to mine when I was on the fence about making the jump to a start up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every 6 months the team gets together in person and this is best part of our culture at Lightyear. Everyone is truly excited to see one another and continue to strengthen our bonds.
