Being given the autonomy to manage my work how I want to with my leadership knowing that my customers are well taken care of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so intelligent and have a shared vision of where we're headed as a company. I love that they ask for our input to shape that vision, also.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, the most positive part of our culture is how all of our different personality types blend so easily together. I genuinely enjoy interacting with all of my colleagues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have excellent health benefits, and our PTO policy is amazing as we're able to take time off as we please, in addition to getting all federal holidays off as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was able to speak to leadership from all the different orgs within the company. I was able to ask questions from all teams that I would be working with if hired.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part of our team is how seamlessly all of our different personalities blend together so effortly. We all get along so well together, and everyone shows each other the utmost respect at all times.
