
Limeade's Frequently Asked Questions page is a central hub where its customers can always go to with their most common questions. These are the 146 most popular questions Limeade receives.
Limeade can certainly assist users in removing their username, password, any information provided in the Well-Being Assessment and any activity participation information that may have been provided from a system. If a program requires a user to participate in order to earn any wellness incentive credits, a user's ability to earn wellness credits will also be discontinued and any wellness incentive credits that may have been acquired through participation will be permanently lost. If a user has never registered to use the program, any information that may have been provided to Limeade (for example a user's name or location) will not be excluded from any aggregate reporting that Limeade may provide to the sponsor of a program. If a user ever changes their mind and wants to re-subscribe, simply let Limeade know to assist in setting up an account.

Please note that Limeade will remove as much information from the system as possible; however, Limeade cannot remove information that may have been included in the system backups.
Any information retained in those backups will be protected in accordance with federal and state laws and will not be further used or disclosed. Information about how Limeade protects any data about a user that might be retained in the system backups is also in the Limeade Privacy Policy.

There is an issue with an account that is preventing a user from being able to claim the card.
Usually, this is due to a recent change in reward eligibility. After 24 hours, if a user is still receiving the error, please contact Supportso that they can investigate further.

Tenant Admin
New Company Apps Configuration in Tenant Settings
Limeade has implemented a new way of assigning Cards and micro-apps to users with the new Company App approach. Now admins can assign Cards and micro-apps to all users or select groups. The new UI is also faster and gives admins more granular control.
How to use it:
In Tenant Admin> Settings> Assign Apps
The UI lets you add new categories and apps (both Cards and micro-apps). Apps can either be assigned to everyone or to selected groups. Admins also have the ability to easily localize app titles, set app icons and add configuration settings.
Please note that to activate this new feature, a Limeade account representative will need to be contacted. Limeade will support the migration process of the old role-based app assignment model to this new model.

Limeade does not share, disclose or sell any participants personal information with marketing or ad companies to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes unless that participant has signed an authorization allowing Limeade to share their information. Please note that Limeade generally does not request any such authorizations because Limeade has no desire to share any information for such purposes.
However, in order to provide users with the most relevant health information, the program portal provides the ability to link to other third-party, external websites (for example WebMD, Mayo Clinic, or the National Institutes of Health) so that users may obtain more information regarding medical needs and issues. Limeade cannot control how these third-party, external sites collect and use information. After clicking on a link, leave the program site and go to the third-party, external site. It is possible that the third-party external website may collect and share information that it obtains directly as a result of a user's use of that third-party website, depending on the internet browser settings, the type of website accessed or other settings with other accounts (like social media). Users should review the third-partys privacy policy for information on whether it collects any information and how it might use that information.

Federal law prohibits the use or the disclosure of BMI and other health information pertaining to any user (called genetic information) to, among other things, change deductibles or other cost-sharing requirements under a health plan or compute a premium or contribution amounts under a health plan in return for activities such as completing the Health Risk Assessment or participating in a wellness program.
Regardless, Limeade does not disclose any information in any identifiable form, but only in an aggregated form that meets certain requirements under federal laws designed to prevent any person from being able to identify a user.

View ArticleHow the biometric screening results were submitted can determine why the results have not been posted yet.
Health Provider Screening Form
If a health provider screening form was faxed, there are multiple reasons why a form may not processincluding but not limited to:
A fax cover page was included
The form is not legible
The specific printing instructions were not followed
The form was faxed to the wrong fax number
If the form was faxed and the results have still not been posted to an account, please go ahead and submit the form using the submission link found on the biometric screening tile. After uploading the form, expect the results to be posted within 72 business hours. Please be sure all information is accurate and legible, or there is the risk that a form will not be able to be processed.
Onsite Screening
If an onsite screening event was attended and the results have not been posted to an account, please send Limeade the number found in the upper righthand corner of the scorecard received at the onsite event. Limeade will then track the results and have them posted to the account.
Wellness Center
If a participating Quest or LabCorp facility was visited and the results have not been posted to an account, Limeade first asks users to reach out to Quest or LabCorp directly to ensure that they have recorded the results.

If it is confirmed that they have recorded the results, please tell Limeade the date of the screening, the name and location of the facility and the full name used for the screening. Limeade will then work with Quest or LabCorp to ensure that they have sent the results.

If a gift card is claimed from a previous program year, an email with the gift card code would have been sent. Please refer to this email for code details.
If a user is unable to find that email, please let Limeade know so the code can be retrieved. If the gift card was not claimed before the program year ended, a user is no longer eligible to claim the card and the gift card is forfeited.

There can be instances when a Fitbitisconnected to the site, but none or not all of a user's activity data is syncing. This can be caused by but is not limited to the following reasons.
Limeade is not authorized to sync activity data
The device is not connected to a device enabled activity
No activity has been synced from the device to the Fitbit account
The wrong Fitbit account is synced with the Wellnessplatform
Please be sure tocarefullyfollow each of the steps outlined below to resolve this issue.
Log into the platform
Click on the Deviceicon at the top of the page and select the device connection
Click Disconnect for the Fitbit Tracker
Go to the Homepage and open the device enabled activity. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the challenge. Click Remove from My Plan
Note that if on a team in this challenge, please skip this step
Points already earned for this challenge will not be lost
Signout of the platform
Log into Fitbit account at www.fitbit.com
Click the Sprocket icon and choose Settings

If successfully logged out of a Fitbit account, this type of authorization will be seen. Please be sure to enter the email address and password for the account associated in step 13
If not successfully signed out of your Fitbit account, this type of authorization will be seen. Please be sure the email address matches the account associated with step 13
Go back to theHomepage and re-join the device enabled challenge. Click the challenge tile to open the challenge and then click Join Now. You should see your Fitbit is connected to the challenge
Note that based on how frequently a device carrier sends Limeade data, Limeade continuously updates a user's synced activity throughout the day. A final sync of the days activity is processed nightly at 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).After the steps above have been taken, please be sure to sync the Fitbit device with the associated Fitbit account. The Fitbit account will sync with the Wellness platform overnight. Please check the Wellness platform the following day to ensure that the activity is syncing correctly.
If a user manually tracks their activity in Fitbit, they must add Duration Time to the activity. If the Duration Time was not added, the activity will not sync with the Limeade platform.
Possible Errors When Connecting
Be sure the Fitbit account has been confirmed via email.When initially setting up a Fitbit account, the user should have received an email to confirmthe account. Please be sure to have confirmed the Fitbit account via that email.
Connect to the Limeade site through a Private Browsing window.Open a Private Browsing or Incognito browsing window. Once the window is open, go ahead and connect to the Limeade site and take the steps to connect a Fitbit device. This will allow a user to type in their Fitbit account information, instead of the web browser automatically filling this in.
Fitbit Authorization.When prompted toauthorize a Fitbit, please be sure that activity,exerciseandprofileare checked. If these are not checked, then a user will not be able to connect a Fitbit. Limeade does not use this information, but it is necessary to allow so that a full connection is made.

Sync the iPhone and Apple Watch
Open the Limeade app and navigate to the ACCOUNTtab on the bottom right
UnderApps and DevicesselectAdd
Select Apple Health to connect Limeade to Apple Health.
Note that connecting and disconnecting with Apple Health can only be done through the Limeade iOS app. Modify Limeade's access to Health data in the Health application by going to the Health App> Sources> Limeade and Turn On All Categories.

In order to sync activity from an app or device to the platform, choose a product that is listed in the supported device list. This can be found by clickingProfile Picture> Settings>Apps & Devices. Limeade will certainly keep other devices and apps in mind while moving forward with the product.

Log into the platform
Click on the device icon (pictured below)on the top right side of the page.
Scroll to the chosen device/app and select the +Connect button
Enter the login account information for the device/app and allow authorization for Limeade to access the device data
Once connected, there will be a banner displayed across the top of the page confirming a successful authorization. Please note that a device enabled activity must be joinedin order for a device to sync data.
