This company needs better training ans the pay could be a little more. You working for a company all day and still its not enough to put a roof over your head!

More money, this place pays very low wages

They make you work non stop and then think you should appreciate the fact that you worked hard and they didn't compensate you

Most everyone seems to genuinely care about their job and everyone here.
They are awesome, make me wanna wake up and go to work.
We are like family most of the time

Coworkers need to treat everyone equally and do their jobs right.

The environment is awesome due to the positive energy being carried by each employee

Manager needs to communicate better with CSR lead and how they train and how in depth

The team that we have is the best!

Seeing my coworkers every day we are like a family and we were all very supportive feature of each other because we are all working together in such a hostile threatening environment every day
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
All they care about is making money for the executive team......but the rest of the staff do not matter.
Just need to work on communication and changes to our daily routine
