There is a great feeling of comradery and everyone is focused on improving the areas we lack in. We live "For Wildlife. For All." and it doesn't matter what your specific job is. We used to have zoo wide staff socialevents but the pandemic has made many of those virtual for now.

Our team bands together and accomplishes a lot - usually in spite of our manager.
My department is amazing. We are all very supportive of each other and everyone takes the time to answer each other's questions. We have strong communication and are focused on a common goal. Our individual teams focus on specific segments but are like a puzzle. I love both my past and current teams
