What do you like best about the leadership team?Them good and team work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Willing to listen to hard things. Often willing to take action seemingly.
What are some of the best things about your team? Our team bands together and accomplishes a lot - usually in spite of our manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The gap between executive pay and how they pay well experienced applicants, often with vast experience or advanced degrees is staggering. I would feel better if it was higher starting salary for these type of candidates, and more value invested in ALL full time staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Adaptive management, people focusing and less micromanaging.
