LinkedIn Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Ability to earn based on effort

The unlimited time off that's paid

Salary, RSU, health insurance, insurance

Health insurance, fertility assistance (for those who want it) and 401k match

100% paid for health insurance

Overal total compensation is competitive.

Awesome perks and competitive say

Health care covered almost fully

Bonus based on performance of the company AND me as an individual.

The equity. We get MSFT stock which in a tumultuous market is nice being that it's such a stable company.

Equity, benefits and cash comp

Review from Operations Dept

food and drinks provide to us

Fair wages, availability of bonuses, great perks and benefits - make life easier so I can focus on being great at my job.

Review from Marketing Dept

Free healthcare that is quality. Perks program that pays for my boutique gym membership. Focus on wellness and are very human about most everything I've seen

Benefits, comp and equity are all amazing.

Review from HR Dept

Benefits and perks are amazing!

Employee benefits overall are great - health insurance, time off, wellness benefits and stock. But the biggest benefit is the flexibility and kindness from management.

RSUs which vest every quarter

Review from Finance Dept

I think, but am not sure that our compensation package is on the high side of other tech companies. Facebook and Google pays engineers more (I think) but our benefits are very generous and comprehenisve.

health insurance and tuition reimbursement

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm a full time contractor. my benefits are provided by a different company and are quite bad. there are too many of us contractors at the company.

Review from Product Dept

I am underemployed and it's difficult to get promoted.

On low salary for my band despite clearly asking for salary above this, and overachieving in my role.

Leadership needs to be structured maturely

higher comp like my colleagues are receiving.

As a contractor, there's a big gap between our benefits and full time employees.

I feel undervalued because I'm a contractor without many benefits.

Review from Engineering Dept

I am a contingent worker and sometimes I will feel unfair that contingent workers are not getting enough compansation.

Review from HR Dept

So feel as if the work we do should be appreciated and we should get a raise

Review from Admin Dept

limited RSU refresh is granted

Review from Engineering Dept

I have a senior title but am paid half of what I should be paid.

Review from Design Dept

Sign on bonus was paid almost Nil. If other offers are not there while interviewing, then RSU amount stays low.

Review from IT Dept

Could make more, but like the environment

Review from Marketing Dept

There isn’t any scaled merit increase program for sales which after a couple years and more should be rewarded for loyalty independent of how tough the growth numbers or quota is. It’s tough to feel valued after giving up so much time away from family + extra hours being a team player w/o merit pay

Review from Sales Dept

Take experience / skills into account

Review from Engineering Dept

Not up to company benchmarks
