The genuine care that the company shows, in large ways and small, about the employees continues to amaze me. I've worked for other tech companies, Google, Cisco, eBay and LinkedIn is the best employer by a wide margin.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was tough but not overly so.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team gets along very well. Every person is treated respectfully.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executives, from the CEO on down, are all approachable and open to input from every employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
I think the work that Linkedin is doing is nothing but positive. Creating economic opportunity for the entire global workforce sounds catchy. Fortunately, it's also true.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think, but am not sure that our compensation package is on the high side of other tech companies. Facebook and Google pays engineers more (I think) but our benefits are very generous and comprehenisve.
