Amazing benefits and people but going through a lot of change. This is causing discontent amongst our teams. Processes and tools need to be invested in to reduce admin and workload.

Employee benefits overall are great - health insurance, time off, wellness benefits and stock. But the biggest benefit is the flexibility and kindness from management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People genuinely care about the work that they do and the culture they are a part of. The company is very mission focused. Overall everyone wants to do a good job and be rewarded for it. Lot of smart people that you enjoy working with. The work is interesting and generally enjoyable.
