Everyone at linkedin is engaging and collaborative. Additionally, the teams know how to have fun and forge relationships.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actively solicit feedback from the employees, listen to their recommendations and take action. I have never seen a leadership team as engaged with it's people as the leadership team at LI.
