What is the best part about your compensation package?
No insurance premiums for workers. The fact that PTO and sick pay are seperate is awesome!

The managers were very open and were open to to receive answers specifically about the company.

They are very transparent. They keep all information open to employees and even invite employees to meetings!

That management shares their knowledge and are extremely transparent with employees. Nothing is hidden from the employees.

Very transparent and outings every month to different places. Inday time is used to get to know your team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture allows you to be yourself. The company is laid back allowing causal clothing. Unlimited snacks and drinks and catered lunch.
