Smart, diverse workforce in all sense of the word. People at LinkedIn have done a lot of fascinating things before getting here. It's a haven for explorers. You won't ever have a dull meal with a colleague.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
LinkedIn keeps growing -- at a mostly sane tempo. Your opportunities generally keep getting better. There's a lot to do, and much of it is high-impact. Teamwork is real. You can get a lot done without feeling that you're drowning in marathon hours.
