- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel valued by Lionrock. I think my biggest feedback would be to revamp our PTO. Our work is very meaningful and valuable but also remarkably taxing and 10 days for sick/vacation isn't enough.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?per the industry standards, we are on the lower end of the pay structure. Benefits are expensive.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I hate being here now it seems like it just works and on top of work and that there is no real concern for certain workers
