Approachable. If you contact them they respond, it's not their secretary or a 3rd party responding in their name.

Engaging to individuals and individual interests. So many ways to get involved and connected with others in the organization.

Panel interview gave me a chance to meet people I'd work with and see how they interact with each other.

The company does a lot of extra things they don't have to do... like yoga in the office, chair massages, wellness activities, lunch an learns, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very generous benefit package, option for no cost... in which the company actually pays you to take them because they put money in an HSA for you.
