What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is full of bright individuals. If only the executive team invested in the team instead of AI.
My coworkers are amazing and nice
They are passionate about our objectives.
Most of us are cynical dads/parents/aspirational so we have no problem covering each other when someone has to run home. Lots of camaraderie.
We work together as a family. We socialize outside of work.

Social interactions with coworkers here have developed into a sort of fraternal union of comrades, united against utter managerial ineptitude. The company keeps going despite itself, because fellow rank-and-file employees keep each other going at the end of the day, if you're on the right team.
Though many of the best and brightest are leaving at an alarming rate, the rest of the team at LW is largely full of great folks.

Hire and adequately pay staff based on skills, not politics.
