What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything was good and fair

we have many benefits at a low cost to the employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If they put any effort into keeping up with inflation. Instead other entry levels job have had their pay surge ahead but LIvingston is still not being competitive while complaining they can't retain workers.

Because I do two jobs and only paid for one
